#Blog 2 - Colours of the Rainbow and 3rd Dimensional chakras

Why eat the colours of the rainbow?

Answer = In order to balance your chakras and keep your body healthy.

 

Red – Red is the colour of the base chakra and it's organ is the adrenals.

Red is anti-inflammatory, it is good for heart health, it protects your cells, it's good for liver health and it is also good for hormone.

 

Orange – Orange is the chakra of the gonads (And yes women do have gonads as well), it's basically our reproductive  system organs.

Orange is antibacterial, it protects your cells, it's good for eye health, it helps keep your immune system strong and it's also good for reproductive health, skin health and a good source of vitamin A.

 

Yellow– Yellow is the chakra of the solar plexus and it's associated organ is the pancreas.

Yellow is anti-inflammatory, it's good for heart health, it's good for cognitive health, it's good for vascular and cell health and it also helps keep your eyes healthy.

 

Green– Green is the chakra of the heart and it's associated organ is the thymus gland.

Green is anti-inflammatory it's also good for brain health and self protection, Green also helps with health for your heart, for your hormones, for your liver and your skin.

 

Blue – blue is the chakra of the throat and its associated organ is the thyroid gland.

Blue is good for self protection, to help keep your heart healthy it's also good for cognitive health and your liver.

 

Indigo/Violet – Indigo/Violet is the brown (Third eye) chakra and is associated organ is the pituitary gland. 

Indigo/violet as blue above.

 

White/purple – White/purple is the crown chakra and is the associated organ of the penial gland.

White is good for cell production, for heart health, hormone and gastrointestinal health and your liver and best of all its antimicrobial, meaning it protects and stops the growth of microorganisms.

 

So is important to eat all the colours of the rainbow in order to keep your chakras in balance keep your body healthy and your hormones in balance.
