My Journey - How it all started
My journey in heath and fitness started in 1995 when I started my training as a personal trainer.
I realised very quickly once I started working in the fitness industry that the majority of my clients had either weight loss issues or sports injuries. I therefore decided to specialise in those two areas in order to help my clients that were struggling.
I soon became passionate about nutrition and how the body worked. I studied in many different aspects of nutrition and body works and realised that it's not just about weight loss but about keeping the body healthy and in perfect balance.
Today this is proving more and more challenging due to so much conflicting information out there. This is why I want to guide people in the right direction so they can achieve perfect health and wellbeing.
My health story began when I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease and needed to find my own plan to relieve the symptoms.
I tried different doctors, therapies and coaches with little or no results. That's when I started my continuous passion to gain more knowledge and educate myself to find my own answers.
I've spent years studying and learning, so I want to help you lose that overwhelming feeling that stops you knowing where to start.
