How long is each session?

Each session lasts 60 mins and is £35.00 for a one-to-one session

How many session will I need?

It’s individual depending on your wants and needs

Are packages available?

Short term package 3 months  = 12 weekly sessions or every other week depends on preference £399.00

Long term package 12 months = 48 weekly sessions or every other week depends on preference

Step 1  Initial Assessment (forms to gather data) Identify current goals, needs and skills
